Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 5 business days. You must email us: playtimeformom@yahoo.com before you return the item(s).
If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/ damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your item(s) and you will be emailed a tracking number.
Refunds:
If for any reason you decide to return your item(s). You must email us: playtimeformom@yahoo.com stating the reason for your return along with an attached Picture of your item. The original shipping and handling will not be Refunded. All products must have the original tags attached. Clearance Sale items cannot be returned. Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents cannot be returned. Due to the intimate nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns If items have come in direct contact with body fluids. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
