We have a 30 Day Return Policy

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please let us know within 5 business days. You must email us: playtimeformom@yahoo.com before you return the item(s). 

If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/ damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your item(s) and you will be emailed a tracking number. 

Refunds: 

If for any reason you decide to return your item(s). You must email us: playtimeformom@yahoo.com stating the reason for your return along with an attached Picture of your item. The original shipping and handling will not be Refunded. All products must have the original tags attached. Clearance Sale items cannot be returned. Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care or accidents cannot be returned. Due to the intimate nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns If items have come in direct contact with body fluids. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact customer service at playtimeformom@yahoo.com

Orders typically ship the following business day. Transit time is generally 5-7 business days following shipment. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on the next business day. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes or APO addresses.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or internet service disruptions.

A tracking number will be provided upon shipment, and you will receive an email notification containing this information.
